On the concept of the Public, Private & People Participation
approach (PPPP) there is a cultural show organized in Amplanagar Grama Niladari
Division of Karachchi Divisional Secretariat Kilinochchi on 04.12.2014. This
particular village is mostly vulnerable and poor one which is selected as a
model village to develop under the above concept developed by NHRDC.
The findings of
Kilinochchi study on Disadvantaged communities which requested to conduct by
Hon.Dalas Alakapperuma Minister, Ministry of Youth Affairs and Skill
Development which show 95% of them are under traumatic condition, 68% of them
are unemployment and some others which continue them to become disadvantaged
group of people.
